Singing Bowls or Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries by Buddhist monks to practice meditation and stress relaxation.

Bowls made of brass and often having beautiful designs vibrates and produce a rich, deep tone when played. Singing Bowls have been used by practitioners (including music therapists, massage therapists, and yoga therapists) use Tibetan singing bowls during treatment. Many proponents claim that the vibrations of a singing bowl can produce beneficial changes in the body by reducing ​stress, "harmonizing" the cells, and "balancing the body's energy system."

Kathmandu is the best place to experience a session of meditation to reduce stress and harmonizing the body's energy system. Usually, a session is of about 45 minutes and is performed by a master.

It is common to watch a marshy crocodile, Ghariyal basking in sun on the banks of Rapti river. Crocodile Hatching Farm, located at Kasara, of Chitwan National Park for the conservation of endangered Gangetic crocodiles. Here eggs are hatched, brought up, and released into rivers. Nepal is also home to indigenous tribe, Tharu who live in their villages near Chitwan National Park. There are two options for a jeep safari in the jungle. A short jeep safari lasts for four hours while other option is a full day jeep safari. A nature walk or jungle walk through dense forest around the natural habitat of the wild animals is a mesmerizing experience. This walk provides you with the ideal situation of viewing the wild animals very close. Bird Watching is always best on foot. Usually accompanied by two naturalists (one in front and other behind), the walk of around 7-8 kms / around 3 hours is an excellent opportunity to watch the different varieties of birds, both local and migratory, along with Greater one-horned rhinoceros.
